This is about the new mount “Mighty Stygian War Gryphon” passive skill.

The passive acquired when learning a new mount skill is “Storm’s Energy” and “Tempest Energy” depending on the skill grade.
The effect of each passive is as follows.

• Storm’s Energy: Decreases Cooldown by 1.5%
• Tempest Energy: Decreases Cooldown by 1%

Currently, the question that users are asking is “Is it a bug that there is no increase in crit power?”.

In the case of new mounts, the crit power increase is not applied, only the cooldown reduction is applied.
