Corrupted Skynest

Corrupted Skynest

Corrupted Skynest is a 5-man dungeon located on Exodor, below Verrak’s Fortress. It features a returning boss named Kelsaik, who is of Argon type, for item levels 457 (Normal Mode) and 463 (Hard Mode). The boss has a HP pool of 20 billion (Normal Mode) and 30.5 billion (Hard Mode). If Kelsaik doesn’t reach 15% in Hard Mode in 15 minutes, the map becomes very chaotic.

Temperature

In Corrupted Skynest, the party must balance the temperature of the arena with the debuffs that Kelsaik inflicts upon hitting players. The temperature starts at 50 and appears as a bar.
Fire elements will give you fire debuff and Ice elements give you the ice debuff.
If the party has 3 of Ice, the temperature will start to go down until 0. If the party has 3 of Fire, the temperature will instead go up to 100. Upon bar reaching 0 or 100, the party wipes.

Opening Roar

Identical to the first boss in GVH, when you aggro Kelsaik for the first time, he roars and drains the HP of everyone up to an estimated amount of 150 – 200% HP of each party member over a duration of 10 seconds. The drain damage can be instead blue shielded.

Opening Roar

Elemental Smash

Kelsaik raises his front legs and smashes them down, releasing Ice and Fire on their respective sides dealing damage in a small area around him. This attack stuns players underneath the legs and cannot be cleansed in Hard Mode.

Elemental Smash

Elemental Stomp

Similar to Elemental Smash, Kelsaik raises his legs and stomps the ground, releasing Ice and Fire on their respective sides. This attack is faster, but weaker and does not stun players.

Elemental Stomp

Pushback Spin

Kelsaik lifts his hand and spins around, hitting all players in a full circle around him. If it’s not iframed, the player gets pushed.

Pushback Spin

Stun Check

If a player is stunned by Elemental Smash and does not get cleansed fast enough, Kelsaik does a back jump followed by Push back Spin.

Stun Check

Tail Whip

Kelsaik raises his tail and briefly swings it, slapping all players behind him. Failing to iframe this results in a knock-up.
