We are going to inform you that abuse of the Battle Pass has been reported and sanctions are expected.

The Battle Pass is a paid product that consists of items that help many users enjoy TERA.

We must not do anything to damage the precious value that everyone who uses the Battle Pass will feel.

Please note that our TERA Console will take stern measures against users who abuse bugs.

• In the case of users with severe abuse, we took priority measures.
• The severity of sanctions and the list of target users will be additionally notified after the sanctions are completed.

Until additional patches and actual sanctions are in place, we inform you that you may be subject to sanctions if you abuse the bug.

Please note that abnormally produced goods and items are also subject to recall.
