Notice about Dreadspire pause

Hello, this is the TERA Console operation team.

We have reported an issue where the first clear reward for the Dreadspire, announced in the patch-notes, is not given to some users.

Therefore, until we have identified the cause of the problem and fixed it, we have inevitably suspended the operation of the Dreadspire to prevent further damage.

We sincerely apologize once again to the users who have been waiting for a long time, and we will continue to strive to become a steadily developing TERA.
